The stock market opened higher however soon turned level. The BSE Sensex is down 8.29 points at 28093.43, and the NSE Nifty is down 8.80 points at 8516.80. Around 619 shares have propelled, 237 shares declined, and 65 shares are unaltered.
Tata Steel, Sun Pharma, Bajaj Auto, HDFC and HUL are real slouches while Infosys, SBI, Dr Reddy's Labs and Vedanta are top gainers.
The Indian rupee dove in.
The rupee has opened lower by 29 paise at 64.16 per dollar against a past close of 63.87.
MCX SILVER September contract was trading at Rs 34967 down Rs 54, or 0.15 percent. The SILVER rate touched an intraday high of Rs 35050 and an intraday low of Rs 34902. So far 1519 contract have been traded. SILVER prices have moved down Rs 6128, or 14.91 percent in the September contracts in this way.
