The stock market shut in red zone ,the BSE Sensex finished at 28236.39, down 61.74 points while the NSE Nifty was at 8564.60, down 24 points. Around 1379 shares propelled, 1545 shares declined, and 152 shares are unaltered. BHEL lost 6 percent.
ONGC, Tata Motors, Vedanta, Hindalco and Sun Pharma are top gainers while Coal India, SBI, Bajaj Auto and NTPC were among washouts in the Sensex.
MCX GOLDM September contract was exchanging at Rs 24744 up Rs 52, or 0.21 percent. The GOLDM rate touched an intraday high of Rs 24845 and an intraday low of Rs 24639. So far 5786 agreement have been exchanged. GOLDM prices have moved down Rs 2254, or 8.35 percent in the September arrangement as such.
MCX SILVER September contract was exchanging at Rs 33849 up Rs 141, or 0.42 percent. The SILVER rate touched an intraday high of Rs 33942 and an intraday low of Rs 33616. So far 5990 agreement have been exchanged. SILVER prices have moved down Rs 7246, or 17.63 percent in the September arrangement in this way.
