Equity benchmarks opened flat today and are showing their rangebound behaviour. Sensex is 35 points up at 27965 and Nifty is 22 points up at 8648. In Commodity market, Gold is 102 points up at 30052 while Silver is 209 points up at 42611. Natural Gas dropped down 3 points at 200.70 and Crude Oil is 5 points down at 3148.
Maximum sectors are trading in the positive zone. BSE Small cap has hiked 14 points at 13597, BSE Midcap jumped 33 points up at 13506 and Nifty Midcap drifted up 83 points at 15995.
According to some experts, Stock market will pace up today by gaining a good amount of points today.
Indian currency Rupee is trading higher by 7 paise at 66.72 against US Dollar.
Overall 1253 shares have advanced, 1177 shares declined and 83 shares are still unchanged.
