Stock market opened flat today, equity benchmarks are still trading in the positive zone. Sensex has hiked 51 points at 28128 and Nifty is 11 points up at 8704. BSE Small cap has hiked 84 points at 13516, BSE Midcap is 24 points up at 13626 and Nifty Midcap is 3 points down at 16067.
In commodity market, MCX Gold has lost 86 points at 29860 while Silver jumped 52 points at 42010 and Crude Oil has dropped 8 points yet at 3394.
MindTree company stocks slipped 6 percent after the Q2 results announced by the company. Company declined 3 percent on account of late decision taking by the customers.
Top Gainers: Adani Ports, Bharti Infratel, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, SBI
Top Losers: Wipro, HCL Tech, Idea Cellular, Asian Paints, Bharti Airtel
